About petey

Petey is an adult male blue heeler. Petey is super super sweet, laid back and friendly. He loves running around the yard with his person and adores playing with toys. Petey is good with other dogs, kids and cats. He loves to be petted and enjoys giving kisses. He likes to go for walks, rides well in a car and is crate trained. Before joining his rescue family petey lived his life on a 6 foot chain with only a bucket for food and an old tire for water. He had no shelter from the elements. Petey is living it up and definitely enjoying the spoiled dog life. Because of Petey's past and being outside with no prevention he did test positive for heart worms. He has started treatment and his adoption fee will include a 12 month supply of heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $250- that covers cost of rescue and includes altering, vaccines and microchip.
