A foster is needed for Willis who escaped death at the city shelter a few weeks ago. He is 3-4 years old and very active. He is fine with other dogs. He needs an experienced foster willing to work with him on manners, to basically channel his energy into more positive activities and prepare him for an ideal forever, He appears to be housebroken and a fenced yard would be nice.
