About Elsa

Meet Elsa, a 1-5 year old, female, German Shepherd who is currently at the high kill SEAACA shelter in Downey, CA and thus is at high risk for being euthanized simply because the shelter is full. There is a rescue who is willing to save Elsa's life but they cannot do it without a foster (temporary home) and or adopter (permanent home). Fostering is free as the rescue provides all of the necessities while the dog is in foster care including paying for medical expenses, food and grooming.
