About Ruger

Ruger is a very energetic boy. He was in a shelter for 10 months and in jeopardy of being put down, so we adopted him to save him. Unfortunately, he has not done well adjusting in our home. He needs more room to run and play as well as more attention than we can give. He can be one of the sweetest dogs in the world when he is happy. I feel that our busy life is way too much for him. He does not do well with kennels or cages because of his shelter experience. He loves bottles and bones but please no squeaky toys, the sound scares him. We do love this dog very much but he needs more attention than our growing family can provide.
