About Beatrix

Hello! I am fostering this lovely girl and we are looking for her forever home. Beatrix is an adorable and very sweet ~ 5 year old Pit Bull mix who was rescued from a high volume shelter in California. She is in foster care in Buena Vista, CO. She's looking for a family without young children who understand that she's been through a lot in life and needs patience with her shyness around some dogs and people - she prefers women. 'Trixie' is crate trained, house trained, and does great on a leash. She loves going on hikes and also loves cuddling on the couch with warm blankets and toys! She also loves riding in the car. She is living in a home with two cats and does absolutely GREAT with them. She is probably ok with most dogs (she was transported from CA with another female pittie and they got along great).
