About Mira

Mira is a three year old Akita. She was professional trained, very well disciplined and extremely loyal her family. Mira was rehomed to our family 6 months ago and came from a wonderful home. When we first received her we started noticing that she was uncomfortable with visitors that would come into our house and has a very protective demeanor. She ended up biting (minor) one of our house guests. Mira needs an experienced owner who can work with her on building her trust with people she doesn't know. We have two young kids who she's been great with, but given her behaviour that has recently developed we don't think she's suitable for a family with kids.
