About Natasha

Natasha is a 2-3 year old 7 pound little nugget of love and sadness at the same time. This little Rat Terrier mix girl was found wandering the streets of a small town in Tennessee. She had apparently had puppies recently and we only hoped that they were fully weaned and ok. None could be found. Advertisements and flyers and calling local shelters never turned up anyone looking for her. This sweet girl is missing her babies. She has adopted a little stuffed toy and lays in her bed with it like it was her puppy. She has been coaxed to eat and after being spayed she took a little dip in her Happy barometer. She is slowly getting that little smile back and starting to eat. She still wants to be a momma and care for her babies. We hope she will eventually let go of that dream and bask in the love of a family who will cherish her. Fully grown and well under 10 pounds this pretty little big eared, brown eyed girl just needs to have a new reason to smile again. Maybe you can give that to her!?
