About Skylar

This face!!! To meet her is to love her. Skylar is a 5 month old, 32 lb Shepherd/Hound mix who is eager to add some fun to one lucky home. Skylar's Long Island foster mom says that Skylar's favorite activities include playing with her dog in the backyard, romping around, wrestling, or chasing a ball, as well as taking walks around the neighborhood. She's great with kids and LOVES to play with them. (She's still a bit jumpy, just like any puppy, so sure-footed kids work best!) She has typical puppy energy, so she'd love a home with an active family who will play with her and include her in all adventures. Proper puppy manners take time to learn, so Skylar needs a home where someone is around during the day. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed, and her adoption fee is $450.
