About Booker

Here is one of our favorite boys, Booker. He was an unclaimed stray from West Lafayette in a student populated area. He looks so serious in his photos. Don't let that fool you. Booker is a very nice dog. He is well mannered, intelligent, quiet, and laid back. Booker is likely 1-2 years old and weighs about 45 pounds currently. Clearly he needs to gain a bit of weight to be his ideal size. He really just wants to get out of the kennel and into an adoptive home as soon as possible. Booker likes to follow us around at the kennel and hang out while we clean and do chores. He seems to be completely house trained and comfortable in the kennel. He also rides very nicely in the car. He has done well with larger dogs at the kennel, but seems to not be good with smaller animals. He would do well as an only pet and would love the attention of a low key household. Booker is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is waived for the month of October to an approved applicant. for a donation only.
