About Batman

Batman is so excited because he just graduated his training class at Canine Sports Unlimited!! Batman is an adorable Blue Heeler who has been at the shelter for 9 months now. He was one of four dogs chosen from our shelter to attend the Diamond in the Ruff training class for dogs that are having a hard time finding homes. He is an extremely smart dog and passed the class with flying colors. He learned sit, stay, down, heel and even learned an agility course. Since Batman has been with us he has really packed on the pounds, he barely looks like the same dog! This is not uncommon for Blue Heelers if they are not getting enough exercise. We are looking for a home that will have a job for him to do or will make sure he has enough exercise to occupy his mind and make sure he stays healthy. He will need a family who understands his breed and understands that it is in his nature to herd. Batman is 9 years old and will need to be the only pet in the home. We do not recommend he live with young children. It is time for someone to come to Batman's rescue!! He is neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped. His adoption fee is reduced to $50.
