About Buffy

Hi, my name is Buffy! I was previously altered and ready to go home with you today! I am currently undergoing Heartworm treatment and AHS will take care of my treatment 100%!!! All my new family has to do is bring me back here or to one of the animal hospitals in the metro area that they partner with for my follow up injections and treatment. I am on restricted activity right now, which means going outside on a 10 minute walk, then back inside- that is all the exercise I will need, then after a few months, I will be ready to go on our long daily walks!! I'm a happy pup, but sensitive to being handled. I can be picked up, but I prefer to trot along beside you with my tail flying high! I get tense for doctor visits and don't like needles ( but I mean, who does?). I'm just an older gentleman who knows what I like and what I don't, looking for a peaceful home to let my goofy personality shine! Just so you know, what's mine is mine. I need someone who will understand that you can have your things and I can have mine.
