About Patrick

Patrick is a 3 year old min pin/chihuahua mix who is looking for a loving forever family. Patrick came to us as a stray and sadly we could not locate his family. After watching Patrick's behavior, it's easy to see how this little escape artist could get lost! Patrick will need a very cautious family who will watch him carefully near doors, as he will dart very quickly through a very small gap any chance he gets! He will also need a secure wood or brick fence with no small holes he can squeeze through, as he can and will quickly squeeze through the smallest gap. Outside of constantly looking for a new adventure, Patrick is the perfect friend and play mate! Always happy go lucky, Patrick's tail never stops wagging! He loves to play and run in circles around his people. Patrick is mostly house broken but may need reminders while adjusting to a new home. We have not seen him with kids, but think he would do well with dog friendly children, so bring the whole family to meet him. Patrick would do best with a laid back dog who is non-dominant if going home with another dog, and would need to meet his new friend before adoption. Patrick has some separation anxiety and will do best in a home with a yard, not an apartment, and a family with someone home often. Patrick weighs 8 pounds full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. His adoption fee is $260.
