About Daisy

FOSTER LOCATION: Boise, ID Adoption Fee: $150 Breed: Yorkie/Pug mix Age: 1 year Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped Daisy is a young ball of energy. When she was dropped off at the shelter she was scared of everything and couldn't even walk on leash so she came to a foster home with Fuzzy Pawz. Here she blossomed into the true puppy she is. She does laps up and over the couch and chews on anything she can come in contact with. Watch your toilet paper and socks because those are two of her favorites. Did we mention she's all puppy :) She walks well on leash now and even lets strangers pet her when we are in the park. She loves playing with other dogs but she doesn't understand doggy body language - only play play play 100%of the time. She'd do best in a home with other dogs that will put up with her energy or no other dogs at all; we'd also recommend NO cats. While young and full of energy she does well in crate and is housetrained. She sits nervously in cars and likes to come be on your lap. She sits quietly in the kitchen sink for bath time. Once she grows out of the chewing phase and gets a little more trick training under her belt she will be the best little family member ever. She would thrive taking a puppy class; not only does it teach her things but it focus' her energy and is a great bonding experience for her and her new family. She has the best temperament of any dog her foster family has ever met- when scared she just rolls over on her back. She would make a good family pet for an active outdoor family with kids over 5.
