About Zane

Meet Zane! Kid friendly dog looking for a new family. Zane is approx 1 1/2 years old. He's a male chocolate Lab / pitbull mix. He likes other dogs but plays very rough so a firm owner or only dog home is needed. He really needs training on how to behave and play with other dogs but isn't aggressive toward them at all. He has not been around cats. He's been wonderful with children! He recently attended a birthday party full of 7 yr olds and was excellent with all the kids. Zane is already fixed and up to date on shots. He is also on heartworm and flea prevention. He's shown no aggression to anyone or anything. He's a lover! He is accustomed to sleeping in bed with his human kids but also did well overnight in a crate. He is not good about going into the crate but does fine once he's inside it. He walks on a leash but sometimes gets excited and pulls, he also does well on car rides. He sits and takes treats gently. Although it's hard to tell in the photos he has really cool blonde highlights in his hair and beautiful amber eyes. He loves playing, cuddling and hugging. He's really a wonderful dog �%9D%A4��%8F Home and vet checks required. Adoption fee $100 ***Zane comes with funding for a puppy training course somewhere such as Petco or Petsmart. They are usually once a week for a few weeks.
