Hi, I'm Jimmy - a three-year-old male bullmastiff hoping to find a family to call my own. BRI rescued me from a puppy mill where I spent the first years of my life with no exposure to the outside world. It takes me a little while to warm up, but once that happens I am very affectionate and love to cuddle on the couch! I would love to make you into my pillow! I can be fearful of new places, people, and things, but I know with a patient and loving family I will overcome my fears. My foster mommy says I am easily redirected and that she feels like a hero when she sees me overcome one of my fears and relax and lean into her! I am neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, crate trained, house trained, and I do very well walking on the leash. I enjoy chewing on my antler, listening to the T.V. and spending time with my foster mommy's grandchildren who are 12 years old. The excitement of toddlers might be too much for me, but older children I really enjoy. My foster mommy says the best family for me would be one that is patient and has a lot of time to spend with me to help me with my confidence. I would love a family who will continue to take me on walks and introduce me to new things, and who will also spend time cuddling me on the sofa!
