About Oliver

Oliver just turned 1 on 11/5/18. He's a gorgeous (HUGE) black male that is neutered and UTD on everything. Oliver is looking for a specific kind of person to adopt him. He is still very much a puppy, but can be fearful of new things so he needs to be introduced to them in a very positive, upbeat manner. Once Oliver knows you're safe you will have gained a friend for life! He loves to play and give snuggles. He's great with other dogs, great with cats, no food or toy aggression whatsoever. He is crate and house trained. He does listen well to commands, but is a typical puppy and sometimes needs to hear them more than once. The right person for Oliver is going to be someone willing to come to us multiple times for visits with him. We want Oliver to have a chance to form a relationship with his new family member before we allow him to leave. The right home for Oliver will have a fenced in yard and NO children. This is not for any reason other than the fact that children are children and there are simply too many factors that could come into play that could potentially cause Oliver to be rehomed again and that is absolutely not something we want to have happen. Oliver is nowhere near done growing and he has no idea of his size so experience with larger dogs would be preferred - giant breed experience is not necessary.
