About Mini Pepper

Hi I'm Pepper! I was rescued from a situation where I was just neglected and living on a chain, I am very sweet and cuddly but do have the typical Chi/Corgi attitude, I am a bit skittish if someone comes at me that I do not know but I do warm up very fast, I just need the stability of a forever home with a family that is willing to work with me, I am still very puppy and love to play, I was never taught anything or socialized correctly so I will need some love and patience.
