About Squirt

Squirt Approximately 8 months 25 lbs. Lab mix Squirt is a loving and affectionate pup. He is getting along well with the other dog in the house and the kids who are 8 and 5 years old. He is pretty calm for being such a young dog. He enjoys walks, snuggles, playing with and chewing on toys. He goes potty outside and keeps his crate clean when left alone. He hasn't learned how to tell you he needs to go outside but he has not had any accidents in the house. He enjoys sleeping near his family but is content sleeping on his bed on the floor near his people. He stays in his bed at night and doesn't wander around. Squirt likes walks but is still getting used to all the sounds and activities so sometimes gets nervous. We have been taking walks daily and he seems to be getting more comfortable. He walks pretty well on a leash. Squirt seems very smart and catches on to the routine quickly. Overall he would make a great family dog who is sure to bring so much love and joy! Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We need foster homes - pounds are overflowing with puppies and adult dogs that are at-risk and need help. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments.
