About Lep

Trying to help out a Rottie in need! His name is Lep; he is a 1.5 year old male Rottweiler. Lep is not neutered and he is not house broken. Lep walks with a limp, due to a broken leg that was left untreated by a vet. Owner is going into the hospital on Tuesday, October 16th, and there is no one to look after Lep, so owner is either going to give Lep to someone looking for a stud to breed and sell Rottie puppies, or Lep is going to a local kill shelter in Jersey City on Monday, October 15th. The owner does not drive. Is there a rescue group willing to help Lep, and pick him up tomorrow? I'm trying to help Lep get to a better life...not end up as part of a puppy breeding factory or dying in a shelter. Many thanks for any help you can provide!!!
