Surrender reason: TOOMANYPET MEDICAL: Vaccines given; exam not performed BEHAVIOR EVALUATION: Not performed ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This dog came from a large scale hoarding situation where the living conditions were deplorable. He/she is very fearful of human contact and moves away from the handler in avoidance. He/she looked for escape when handler entered the kennel and sought the safety of other dogs in the kennel. We feel that this dog would benefit from a calm quiet environment where plenty of time is given to build confidence with new people and new situations.
