About Yuli18

There are many words that describe this little girl - sweet, lovable, playful, and curious are just a few. Considering her start in life where she was lost outside and had to fend for herself as a small kitten before being rescued, it's amazing she's as sweet as she is. Yuli does have a few quirks. One is that she loves to graze rather than eat on a schedule. She doesn't like wet, canned cat food, but prefers dry. She will go to the dish and take a few nibbles all throughout the day. She can be watching the birds out the window then all of a sudden jumps up and walks straight over to the food dish. And, she also loves to walk through the house for long periods of time as if she has to get a certain distance in each day. Other things about Yuli - she loves to be brushed. She loves toys and playing with other kitties, especially their tails, which really annoys them! She loves to be petted and will lift her head up so much that she almost falls over. She purrs as soon as you touch her. She is shy about being held to close to your face - part of this could be from whatever happened to her before we rescued her. She is getting better about being held close, so with time and patience she will get over this shyness. Yuli does not live with young children, so she probably wouldn't be good with children who would want to hold her a lot. Yuli is a total joy, and is getting sweeter as time goes by. She deserves a permanent home.
