Otis was found living in a field at the back of a house with his siblings. All the puppies were in bad shape - horribly flea infested, with missing hair. Luckily the 'owner' talked to one of our volunteers and agreed to surrender them. She also agreed to let us take the mom and get her vaccinated and spayed. The O pups are currently in GA, but will arrive in PA when they are healthy enough to travel. Get pre-approved to adopt: www.rdrne.org
