OSCAR was found by one of our volunteers in a ditch covered in fleas and dirt in rural Georgia. According to the locals he was nobody's dog, someone just dumped him there and left. But despite those circumstances, OSCAR has remained a sweet loving dog. He enjoys snuggling and he absolutely loves other dogs. He seems to get along well with pretty much anyone.
