Look into Jaque's eyes and you'll see a precious little Jack Russell mix pup who has known fear, but is still filled with hope! He spent some of his early months in a crowded shelter where he didn't have much of a chance to interact with people. He left there a little timid, but during his first week with an attentive foster family, he started wagging his tail when people came around, allowing them to pick him up and hold him, and getting in the bed in the morning for snuggles (he needs some help getting into bed, his long body and short legs making jumping a challenge lol). He is a relaxed little fellow who loves finding a comfortable blanket or pillow and laying back to observe the action! This 14 pound sweetie is house trained and a good listener. He is timid and a bit shy around young children, but he is submissive and does well with other dogs.
