About Bo

Bo is a 65lb, 3 year old lab mix. If you meet Bo, eagerness and excitement is what you will see across his face! Bo is not shy at all. At the sight of a potential friend he starts to wiggle, walks up and gives lots of licks and kisses. He even pets with his paw. Bo does not jump on people or animals. He just waits for you to show him attention and pet him. Bo is very innocent and submissive. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body- he's a very gentle boy from every scenario we've seen. He has a playful, silly personality and the best smile. He is so gentle. He is a grateful, and obedient dog that has so much love. He is a well-mannered dog and listens to commands on the first time. In activity level Bo is a moderate energy dog. He walks well on a leash. He is very curious and loves to run, chase squirrels or any moving thing in the backyard. But when on a leash he walks at an even pace and is disciplined. BO also likes his downtime and is a big lap baby. He will lounge on his mat or the couch, next to his human when they are busy. Any chance he gets Bo will climb on your lap and put his head on your shoulder. He hugs you with both paws. He loves to snuggle and sleep with you, but will sleep on his own as well. Bo is house and potty trained. Bo has kennel anxiety which only happens first few minutes you leave. Bungee cords helped for reinforcement for that couple of minutes, after which Bo slept or relaxed and does well in the kennel. He has improved a lot and now walks in the kennel and rests in it without issues. Bo loves to play fetch with this rope. He trots when he runs or jumps in a very quirky, adorable way. He loves to chase a point laser. He also likes to wrestle and is very gentle on his human while playing. Bo has met small and large dogs and is very sweet and even, gentle mannered. He adored the foster sisters and showered them with kisses, hugs and snuggles. He liked to go upstairs and check on them in their rooms, sit with them when they were studying, loved to watch TV with them, and go get frozen yogurt together. Bo is a beautiful, loving, gentle and entertaining friend. His loyalty and gratitude and down to earth personality make him a wonderful companion. His gentleness with dogs and children make him a great addition to any home and family. He cannot wait to shower you with love .
