About Ruby Tuesday

Ruby Tuesday is a beautiful tiny silver blue short hair female approx. 1.5yr. Her adoption fee is $75. She has been vet checked and spayed. She would be happiest as the only pet but after an adjustment period she should be ok living with a calm dog or a nice cat as long as they didn't pick on her. Tuesday was rescued from off the streets in a hostile Phoenix neighborhood along with her sister who she was bonded with. Tuesday had an injured eye that had to be removed. Her sister had a heart murmur and died on the operating table. PETS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. PLEASE GET HELP IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP A PET. MAKE THE EFFORT! Despite her rough start in life, Tuesday is a sweet affectionate girl but understandably shy. Her lack of ability to quickly see all around her aids in her shyness with other animals and she feels more confident with people. She tends to shy away from other animals and will hide out if they are around, but she loves humans. She loves affection and will turn in circles to one side and then the other when you pet her. She also gives little nibbles and will gently paw at you to get your attention. She will bury her little face in your hand and let you hold it :). Tuesday is playful and enjoys an interactive toy like a feather on a string or a bug on a wire aka cat dancer. She has a soft clean coat and is very lovable. Too many male AND female cats are getting the UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine. It's a blockage, it's painful and if ignored will lead to death. Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids. A quality hard food along with a can of food a day is a must for cats to help manage their fluids. Dry foods that help maintain UTI health are Hills, Royal Canine and Purina Pro Plan Urinary Tract Health. Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment!
