About Mona

Sweet Mona came in to the rescue with 8 adorable puppies. She is a really good mom and now that her babies are weaned, it is her turn to find the perfect family. Mona gets along well with adults and other dogs. She prefers a home with no small children but older teenagers would be fine. She is crate trained and doing great with house training as she is learning from the other dogs in her foster home. Mona walks well on a leash, likes going for walks and car rides too. She likes chasing a ball and will bring it back for you to throw again. She enjoys chewing on bones and does not chew on anything she shouldn't. She is smart and eager to please plus she really enjoys snuggling with her humans. Mona will finish her vetting at the end of October including being spayed. She will be ready for a new home at the beginning of November. We believe she is 1 or 2 years old, but will get vet confirmation.
