Buddy is a sweet doggo. He's scared of his own shadow and we don't know why. He's bonded with my father, who owns him, but unfortunately my father has had to move into memory care and cannot have Buddy. I cannot keep Buddy. Since my father has gone into care, Buddy has switched his bond to me. He follows me everywhere and I do mean everywhere. Buddy loves the beach, lives to fetch balls and would be the perfect dog for someone that loves an energetic companion. He's not good on a leash, but he can learn. He's a bit overweight due to not being exercised often, but he would love to walk with you or go to the dog park. I would love for someone to take buddy that is local so we could borrow Buddy occasionally to take him to see my dad. Dad loves his dog so much and it would kill him if he knew we had to give him away. Please consider taking Buddy--he may take a bit of time to win him over to you, but once he does, he will be completely bonded to you and will give you lots of love. He's a great dog. He comes with his big crate, bowls and food.
