About Cheez-it

Say hey to the chillest girl, Cheez-it aka Sweetie. Cheez-it is an adorable 5 year old, female Dachshund/Spaniel mix who was brought to TAP from the Humane Society shelter. She is learning all bout bathroom, house and leash behavior from her foster mom and getting better with each day. She looks like she has had litter at some point but has been spayed. Cheez-it is very friendly! She is most comfortable with smaller dogs, but getting better quickly with large dogs as she meets more of them. She is amazingly cuddly with kids seeking out laps rather than playtime. She is a perfect lounger and is generally calm, and easy. She gets tiny bursts of energy for like a minute and she is off to snuggling again. Even with her solid sleeping skills, she does like her long walks without getting tired. She will make for a very sweet and easy companion dog for anyone! An older family who wants a lap dog will be perfect for her.
