WAGS RESCUE WELCOMES SHANDY.. This 17 lb Doxie/feist also WAS a stray until finally a concerned citizen took her in. We were asked to help after no owners could be found for weeks. Shandy is only a yr old and as sweet and happy as a puppy should be. LOves life, cats, dogs, people and is perfect size to go anywhere with you.
