About Tank

Introducing Tank! Tank is a 10 year old boy who weighs in at 92 lbs! Tank is a lovely family dog who has lived with young babies and toddlers, always gentle with them. Tank is not a guard dog--he is one of those friends-with-everyone dogs who is happy to take a pat on the head from anyone, stranger or not! Tank has wonderful manners in the home (potty trained and doesn't destroy things) and at 10 years old, he is mature and well behaved. Tank would do best in a home with no other animals, but the more humans, the more friends! Available at the Josephine County Animal Shelter 1420 Brookside Blvd. Grants Pass, across from the Grants Pass Airport. 541 474-5458 When calling please press option 0. Hours open to the public 10 am - 4 pm every day except Sunday and posted holidays. Up to date on shots, spayed or neutered and micro chipped. You are encouraged to make every effort to visit the shelter for a meet and greet. Staff available to assist. You can walk on the trails and interact in the play yards. Unless otherwise noted, we can not say if your dog does well with cats, livestock or chickens or with the dogs you may already have in your home or at dog parks. So please, if you have a dog, please arrange to bring for a meet and greet. Current vaccinations, spayed or neutered and micro chipped.
