Boe is a loving, sweet and active 70lb boy who enjoys fetch, frisbee, and playing with dog friends. He is 2YO, altered, HW-, crate and house trained. Boe is submissive in personality, but exhibits some fear-based behaviors occasionally towards strangers and dogs. He does however bond quickly and deeply with new people. He will do best in a quiet home with a family who is willing to continue to work with him to make him feel secure and to move past some of his fears. Boe is VERY smart and takes direction and correction well - this boy wants to keep learning for you! He is such a sweet and special boy, with the right training and family he will be the perfect pet. Boe was rescued from shelter life in September and has been in a foster home awaiting his forever home. His foster siblings are a ~60lb female dog and 2 cats. He plays well in supervised playgroups with other male and female medium to large dogs. A home with small dogs is likely not a good fit for Boe. This sweet pup will be a great pet for the right family - you can foster-to-adopt, meet-and-greet, or have a playdate set up, contact for more details.
