July 2019 Update: Andy has been in the shelter since the end of September 2018! He is still just as fabulous as our first encounter with him many many months ago. He is fun, happy, and eager to be out and about with his canine friends. Meet the fun loving Andy. Poor Andy hates the camera and all of its noises, so he doesn't photograph well. He is stunning in person! He is a mellow guy, but is ready to play when prompted. He did well with the other dogs and didn't react to the cats.
