About Stella

Stella is a wonderfully happy, loving, cuddly, couch-potato 5 year old greyhound mix. She was rescued as a 4 month old puppy and has been a loving pet since then. She loves attention, cuddles, and is a very sweet and devoted girl. Stella LOVES people - she has never met an adult stranger. Stella is completely house-trained and has great behavior in her home. She loves her brother, who is a 7 year old german shepherd mix. She is sometimes nervous around new dogs because she was attacked by another dog in public when she was young. Stella has had a hard time adapting to our 2.5 year old son and has never quite warmed up to him, even after much effort has been put in to create a loving bond. Stella is not aggressive, but is fearful of small children, and for that reason, we are looking to find her a new, loving home where she will not be constantly stressed and in fear.
