About Amur

Amur was a very abused and neglected dog, who lived in a cage with a small dog house. He is anxious and distrustful, thus he snaps at unknown people. His owner wanted to put him to sleep but we tried to rescue him. He will get used to you if you feed him and he sees you doing it, give him snacks and cheeseburgers, so he associates you with good actions. He loves pickup truck rides, going to the river, and big yards. Sadly, as much as I'd like to keep him, I don't have a big yard, and since we have cats I can't bring him in, I must try to find him a loving home. He will be euthanized this coming week if I don't find a behaviorist who can work with him, since he will snap at strangers. take him for rides, give him cheeseburger treats once in a while and have a big yard, and he will love you forever.
