Casper is a very sweet pup who so very sadly contracted Tick Fever and has become blind. It is not known at this time if it will be permanent - we have a specialist seeing him on the 12th October who will confirm. Casper absolutely loves long walks, especially on the beach. He also loves baths! He's a very playful pup and loves people. He would do well in a home with a couple who have another 1 or 2 dogs.
