**Ellie started a 2 week trial adoption on 3/9/2019** Ellie estimated dob January 2018 45 lbs White GSD/Husky/Aussie Ellie is a smart happy active sweet girl that is great with kids, men and women. When it comes to canine companions, her friendships appear to largely be determined by how the other dogs behaves. So seems to be a good match for a friendly playful non-alpha dogs. Ellie really loves to be around her people and one of her favorite things to do is snuggle. She is a great co-pilot and loves going on car rides. Ellie is great on a leash and loves her daily walks. She is currently working on learning to sit on command. Ellie is crated when no one is home. While her house training skills are being perfected, she is also crated at night. We believe Ellie has lived outside alone up until she was found loose on the streets. No one claimed her, so a family took her in to help get her ready for a new life as a inside family member. Ellie would be a great match for a active family that takes daily walks. She might be too active for small children so kids big enough that she would not easily knock down would be the best match. She needs a home with a yard and at least a 6 foot wood fence. She has never tried to jump the fence or dig out.
