About Bruce

Bruce is such a gentle boy. He's very submissive and loves to be rubbed. You cant tell in the picture because of the flash, but he has the most beautiful light green eyes! His meow is soft and his energy is low to average meaning he loves to sleep! Here's the downside: Bruce has Stomatitis- a mouth cindition that causes inflammation in the gums. There is no known cure and it is painful, so he has to have antibiotics and steroids. He does really well on the medicine and eats healthy when he's on it. I really need a forever home for him that can afford his monthly medicine. I know that's a lot to ask so honestly, I'm not expecting to find anyone that wants to rescue him, but a friend suggested to me that there are lots of pet lovers who would take care of him. I am a single mother of two and I can't afford the maintenance he really needs. The medicine is about $45/mo. Please, please, if there is anyone out there that can take him, I beg you! I don't want to have to put him to sleep and I can't just not get his medicine either because I don't want him in pain. He is an indoor/outdoor cat. He is litter trained but if he will let you know when he needs to go out to do his business if you prefer not to do litter.
