sweet little guy, owner is also a senior and can no longer keep him he was a a rescued years ago by owner and last year we went through hurricane Harvey and we both had to be rescued. He is very loving and sweet faithful to his owner. Chico does have a bad hip from getting run over by a van in 2008. My lil guy has heart and if I could care for him he wouldn't be on here!
