I can try to find out more info on neuter and vaccines. I can ask a few other family members who may know. Its not very old....couple years. Its only had 1 owner. The owner was pretty much a shut in. So it has only been around the few people (family/friends) who occasionally came there. Not sure how it will react moving her from her home with strangers..... May or may not be an issue. We just dont know. She usually licks people to death. But we did hear when it lunged at someone. I think it was taken away from home and they tried to take it to someone elses home. Not sure of circumstances... Whether or not the person moved to the dog to fast or what.....
