About Bailey

Meet Bailey!!! She's in need of a new home. (Please consider adopting her sister Lilly bug with her. Not required) Bailey is a 5 yr old Lab/ Pit/ Mastiff mix. She's a big dog weighing approx 125 pounds. She is spayed and we will need to get her shots updated prior to adoption. (Included in rehoming fee) Bailey is potty trained, and crate trained. She lived with 4 other dogs and generally gets along great with other dogs, she does need a slight adjustment period to get used to new dogs. She loves kittens but will chase adult cats. It's playful chasing not aggressive. Bailey loves kids. She watches and protects them and enjoys sleeping in the bed with them. She does get really excited to see new people and forgets how big she is. She will jump up on new people when she's excited. Bailey is a fairly calm girl. Most of her time is usually spent relaxing/napping on the couch, in the bed or just near you for comfort. When you first come home she's very excited to see you but after a little bit of love she calms right down. On occasion Bailey likes to check through the trash to see if you accidentally tossed anything yummy in there. Bailey will sometimes growl if disturbed while eating or chewing on a good treat. It is not an ongoing thing according to her owner, just something to be aware of. She absolutely LOVES the water!, loves playing in the snow and rain, sun bathing and a good run around the yard. She's super cuddly and thinks she's a lap dog. She's got so much love to give her new owner!! Vet and home checks required. Rehoming fee of $100 which will cover the updating of all her shots. Prince George VA (1-2 hrs from Hampton Roads) with transportation help available to surrounding areas/states for the perfect family.
