About Tusk

Tusk is a male Dachshund/Beagle Mix born 6/20/18. He is a small boy weighing approx. 10.8#. Tusk has rough start in life but is a happy go lucky boy. He is confident, and moderately active. Tusk has been very sweet and friendly towards his foster family. He allows bathing, nail clipping, and holding. He is learning to be more comfortable on a leash and is doing very well with house training. Tusk has been friendly and playful towards dogs of all sizes and cats he has met. Tusk likes to play in the backyard or is content with playing and chewing on toys indoors. The adoption fee for Tusk is $300 and includes neuter rebate, UTD vaccines, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchip. He currently lives in a foster home in Rutherford County, NC. Pick up is always available. If desired, transportation to more distant adopters may be arranged, from upstate South Carolina as far as New Hampshire and Vermont. Can you be his special family?
