About Moose

Moose is a playful, fun loving and sweet boy! He has alot of energy and loves to play and run! Fetching balls and and tug-o-war are his favorites. He walks well on a leash and responds to sit, shake and lie down commands. We adopted Moose when he was 8 months old. He has been around our 2 other dogs (both female shepard mixes) and shares food, toys and sleeping spaces. I often see him interacting playfully with them and chasing eachother around the yard. He is a great protector and barks at people/vehicles that approach our home. He play well with my 2 daughters (now 5 and 7), especially since he trained them to throw balls! He is a big boy and needs lots of attention and interaction and large spaces to run. Unfortunately, he cannot be in a home with cats as he is much too interested in chasing after them. Perhaps some formal training would help! Our family situation has changed and we hope to find a family that will enjoy and love him!
