Otis is an adorable border collie / Jack Russell mix who is approximately 5 months old and weighs around 25 lbs. He is a shy boy but full of energy and will do best in an active home with other dogs and older kids, and even cats! He is progressing with his house training and crate training and walks very well on leash.
