About Clay

CLAY I'm Clay. I love people! I think kids are great too and I am very respectful of them and never jump on them (but I will give them kisses if they let me!). I am happy being near my people and being where the action is. If my family is reading books, I am listening along; I am happy to sleep next to the bed while the kids sleep. I like riding in the car, good belly rubs, and relaxing. I have a sweet and gentle disposition. I respect personal space and furniture and don't jump on people or couches! I get along with other dogs, and while I do chase cats if they run, I don't bother them if they are lounging around the house. And if the cat hisses at me, I run away. Mostly I stare at the cats with a keen interest, but that's all. That goes for chickens as well. I would rather not be without a family or a loving person ever again. I need a family to love and share adventures with, a warm bed and lots of love. I will return the love, I promise! (Did I mention I am housebroken?) I have a limp and need to have that checked before I can be adopted, but please ask to meet me if you are interested! I would love to meet you!.
