I'm truly heartbroken about Mercy since I rescued Mercy & thought this would be her forever home. The rescue Never disclosed her health issues. So, Please read about her! She is fully vaccinated, 10 mg of Prozac due to anxiety, manageable colitis with proper diet. She does bite when she is about to have a colitis attack. Mercy was an abused dog. I have worked with her since I rescued her in December 2017. Mercy has come along way; however with the colitis she has recently become aggressive towards our other dog. The result is not good. Good on on Mercy: very loving, loves to cuddle, likes a to play, sleeps with you, curls up on the sofa, she likes car rides & walks, she loves her toys, wears clothing, likes treats, & so much more. She makes you aware that there's something/someone outside. Trained to the potty pad, tries to let you know if she has to go out, even likes to have her dog kibble tossed up to jump & catch it, loves her belly rubbed, ears rubbed, bum scratched, etc..... She loves the yard & needs to have a fence cause she does jump & runs. Since she has anxiety, I have taught her when I want to pick her up - 1 2 3 up that way it gives her a moment to adjust or she will roll over on her back as well. Mercy knows sits, cage, and go to your bed. ONLY the bad is the aggression when she is about to have the colitis. Aggressive towards the other dog & household - biting and trying to break it up isn't good since someone in the home gets bite as well. My belief is that she will benefit from a one owner. That way she will have the love & attention. Mercy's adoption fee is only since we will come with her cage, some food, bedding, clothing, diet history, vet records, collar, leash, harness, toys, etc. For me to post - is just truly devastating so she needs a good home or the other option maybe having to put her down (want to avoid that option).
