About Angel

Angel 2 Years Old Boxer/Shepherd/Spaniel/Poodle/Retriever Mix House and Crate Trained Dog and Kid Friendly Fostered in Portland, OR Angel was found abandoned and pregnant in a field. We have no idea about her past. Angel is still a puppy herself and loves to play hard. She has a crazy amount of energy, jumping up and getting excited while playing. Because of that, she would do best with older kids just so the younger ones do not get knocked over by accident. That being said, she adores children! She pulls on the leash while walking and needs someone to continue her training in that area. She has the ability to learn but she has not acquired obedience skills at this point. She would benefit from personal training and a patient owner. Angel gets along great with other dog friends but hasn't mastered the proper way to greet other dogs. She is an 'in your face' kind of girl and some dog friends do not appreciate that. She needs help in this area as well. She is super sweet and means no ill will. She must be crated when home alone as she doesn't understand what things not to touch yet. She will get there with proper training and patience! Angel's ideal home would be a patient family who is very active. She would be a great running or hiking partner. She needs a family that is committed to training and teaching her skills.
