About Star

Meet Star! We rescued Star from the shelter when her sister was adopted and she was left behind to fend for herself. Even though she is a lab mix, we just couldn't leave her there. She was very frightened and was placed on the euthanasia list because of her fear. Arizona shelters have so many dogs needing homes and they are so overcrowded that dogs are euthanized just because they are scared. Star is a 1 ��%BD%BD year old petite (under 50 lb.) yellow female lab mix who is housebroken. She is very good in a crate and likes to ride in the car. She is good with larger (50lb and over), non-dominate dogs with proper introduction. She is too interested in smaller dogs. In her photos, it looks like Star has something wrong with her right eye. It is perfectly normal as it's just the coloring. Her face, including her skin, is very white there.
