About Karnella

Karnella is a 2 year old Australian cattle dog mix who is looking for a loving forever family. Karnella is a very special girl who is looking for a very special home with just the right family. Karnella has been with us a long time while she learned not to fear people and to trust. Karnella came to us originally with her sister after they were abandoned by their family. It's been a long road for Karnella to learn to love, but once she warms up she is a cuddle bug who will get in your face with kisses and snuggles. Karnella will need a home with no children and adults who understand that she will need time to warm up and come around. She would do best to meet her new family a few times before going home so she goes home with someone familiar. Karnella is very food motivated which is hugely helpful in getting her to warm up. Karnella loves to play with toys but her very favorite thing is to play in a kiddie pool! Karnella will need a yard to run in and will definitely need her own kiddie pool to splash in. Rain or shine you can always find Karnella in her pool. Karnella will need a canine companion in her home and does best with dogs her size or smaller. Karnella will need some training in her home, especially leash training. She will need to go home in a carrier as she gets scared on a leash and eats it off, but could slowly learn in time. Karnella is kennel trained and a very clean polite girl. Karnella will make a loving and loyal guard dog and companion to just the right family. She weighs 35 pounds full grown. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $80.
