My daughter is a teen now and part of her rebelliousness is refusing to take care of the dog anymore. I never wanted a dog. She is a good dog though. Housebroke when someone can take her outside. Unfortunately, she stays kenneled 10+hrs a day. She will bark at new dogs and people, but settles down after about 5 mins.
